By completing an order form on Mike Moore Speaks, customer agrees to enter a binding offer for a contract of sale. Mike Moore Speaks will send an order confirmation via e-mail to the customer. This order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the offer, but shall only acknowledge to the customer that their order was received by Mike Moore Speaks. The contract is accepted only when Mike Moore Speaks completes shipment of the ordered product to the customer. Mike Moore Speaks reserves the right to reject any received orders for any reason with notice to the customer. The contract ends with the complete delivery to the customer supplied address through Mike Moore Speaks’ shipment provider. If any interruption of delivery occurs, and Mike Moore Speaks fails to provide a congruent substitute transaction in a reasonable timeframe, customer shall be informed immediately. In the event that the customer has already paid Mike Moore Speaks, funds paid shall be refunded.
Goods will be normally shipped within a few days of receipt by Mike Moore Speaks, however delivery may be shipped within 28 days at the latest. Delivery shall be conducted by a shipment service provider chosen by Mike Moore Speaks.

As far as there is a defect in the goods which falls under warranty, the customer shall be entitled to an agreed outcome by both parties; replacement, cancellation, or a reduced price. The term of limitation for claims under warranty for the goods provided is twelve months starting from the receipt of such goods.
Mike Moore Speaks only bears responsibility for damages, no matter what the legal ground, in the case of deliberate action and gross negligence. MikeMooreSpeaks.com liability is limited to the payment of the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
